Debra is Jim's right arm. She's manages the day-to-day business and is in the center of everything that is happening. Debra came to us from the Tidewater area where she was the assistant for a Top Producer. Debra is extremely reliable and works hard to provide quality service to our Buyers and Sellers. She and her husband recently purchased a home and she aims to give each client the service she expected. To achieve that goal, we have developed a system that is implemented for each home that we sell that follows all the details needed to complete a smooth and sucessful settlement. Five members of our team are licensed agents. Jim, John and Wray work full-time at listing and selling properties in the central Virginia Area. All three hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). Bonnie, although a licensed real estate agent, helps with Sales when needed but focuses her talents on Marketing. Debra is also licensed which means there is always someone available to assist people with prices and information about our homes listed for sale.

Jim is a native of Hopewell, Virginia, and currently lives in Chester with his wife Bonnie. Jim was the Owner/Broker for Cuddihy Real Estate, Inc. for over 29 years and then was the Broker/Owner for RE/MAX Results. In December of 1996, he merged his business with Bowers, Nelms & Fonville, which again merged with Long and Foster in July of 1998. Jim is extremely please to have formed his elite team and is delighted to be on the front line of helping families move. Jim also is a real estate developer and is currently involved with two projects in Prince George County--Jordan on the James and Mayfield Farms. Another recent development was College Park near Richard Bland College. In his spare time Jim loves to play golf, fish and travel. However, real estate is in his blood...during most of his trips and vacations, you'll find him checking out the real estate in other areas of the country.

Originally from Ireland, John lives in Prince George with his lovely wife, Pat. Their two children are grown and married and live in the Richmond area. This is especially gratifying since John and Pat love to spoil their grandchildren. John is a charter member of the Prince George Rotary Club and is Past President. He is also a member of the Hopewell Lions Club. His sense of humor is non-stop and John's energy and positive attitude is appreciated by all.

Wray came to real estate from the service industry and his enthusiasm for real estate is very obvious. He understands what you, the client, needs and he will go the extra mile to provide outstanding service. You will find his attitude to be open, friendly and will be impressed with his thoroughness and thoughtfullness. Wray lives with his wife, Robin, and son, Brandon, in Petersburg. When the weather and his schedule allow, you can find him on the golf course perfecting his game.

Often referred to as "our secret weapon", Bonnie works full-time at Marketing. Bonnie creates all of our custom ads, flyers and mailers, plus have special events to promote our homes for sale. In addition, Bonnie maintains our eight networked office computers, and a laptop and home computer.
